Welcome to the Boston Elite Sports Training website. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website operated by Boston Elite Sports Training, LLC ("Boston Elite," "we," "us," or "our"), including all content, features, and services offered through the site.
Please read these Terms carefully before using our website or services. By accessing or using any part of this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or using this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.
If you are a parent or guardian registering a minor for our programs, you accept these Terms on behalf of yourself and your child. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use this website or our services.
2. Description of Services
Boston Elite Sports Training provides youth basketball training services in the MetroWest Boston area, including but not limited to:
- Youth clinics: Structured group training sessions focused on skill development for various age groups and skill levels
- Private training: One-on-one and small-group sessions with our coaching staff tailored to individual athlete development
- Group training: Team-oriented sessions emphasizing game situations, teamwork, and competitive play
- Summer camps: Multi-day intensive basketball programs during school breaks
- Summer draft league: Organized competitive league play for youth athletes
- Memberships: Recurring access plans providing regular training sessions and member benefits
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any program or service at any time, with reasonable notice to enrolled participants.
3. Registration & Accounts
To book sessions and participate in our programs, you must create an account through our third-party booking platform, WellnessLiving. By creating an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate
- Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
For athletes under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must create and manage the account. The parent or guardian is responsible for all account activity, bookings, payments, and compliance with these Terms on behalf of the minor athlete.
4. Booking & Cancellation Policy
All session bookings are made through the WellnessLiving platform and are subject to the following policies:
- Cancellations: You may cancel or reschedule a booked session up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time at no charge. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session may result in forfeiture of the session credit or a late cancellation fee.
- No-shows: Failure to attend a booked session without prior cancellation ("no-show") will result in forfeiture of the session credit. Repeated no-shows may result in restrictions on future bookings.
- Weather cancellations: In the event of severe weather or facility closures, Boston Elite will notify registered participants and either reschedule the session or issue a credit. Weather cancellations are at the sole discretion of Boston Elite.
- Program cancellations: Boston Elite reserves the right to cancel a session or program due to insufficient enrollment, facility issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, registered participants will receive a full refund or credit.
5. Payment Terms
All payments are processed securely through WellnessLiving. By making a purchase, you agree to the following:
- All fees are listed in U.S. dollars and are due at the time of booking unless otherwise specified
- You authorize us and our payment processor to charge the payment method on file for all fees incurred
- Memberships: Membership plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or as specified at enrollment). Memberships auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date
- Membership cancellation: To cancel a membership, you must provide written notice at least 7 days before your next billing date. Cancellation requests can be submitted via email to bostonelitekj@gmail.com or in person at our facility
- Refunds: Single-session purchases are non-refundable once the session has taken place. Package and camp refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to a prorated deduction for sessions already attended
6. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver
Participation in basketball training and athletic activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to the risk of physical injury, sprains, strains, fractures, concussions, and other bodily harm. By enrolling yourself or your child in any Boston Elite program, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- You understand that participation in youth basketball training and related activities carries inherent physical risks
- You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, including risks arising from the negligence of other participants, coaches, or facility conditions
- You confirm that the participating athlete is physically fit and has no medical conditions that would prevent safe participation, or that any such conditions have been disclosed to Boston Elite in writing
- You agree to release, waive, and discharge Boston Elite Sports Training, LLC, its owners, coaches, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, or causes of action arising from participation in our programs
- You consent to emergency medical treatment for the participating athlete if necessary and acknowledge that Boston Elite is not responsible for the cost of such treatment
A separate liability waiver and medical release form may be required at the time of registration for certain programs. This section does not replace any separate waiver form.
7. Code of Conduct
Boston Elite Sports Training is committed to providing a safe, positive, and respectful environment for all athletes, families, and staff. All participants and their families are expected to adhere to the following standards:
Athletes
- Demonstrate good sportsmanship at all times, including respect for coaches, fellow athletes, and opponents
- Follow all instructions from coaching staff regarding drills, safety, and facility rules
- Arrive on time and prepared for each session with appropriate athletic attire and footwear
- Refrain from bullying, intimidation, or any form of harassment
- Treat facility equipment and property with care
Parents & Guardians
- Support a positive training environment by encouraging effort and improvement over winning
- Communicate concerns or feedback to coaching staff respectfully and through appropriate channels
- Refrain from coaching, directing, or distracting athletes during training sessions
- Ensure timely pickup of athletes at the conclusion of each session
- Follow all facility policies regarding spectator areas and conduct
Boston Elite reserves the right to dismiss any participant or family member who violates this Code of Conduct, without refund, at the sole discretion of Boston Elite management.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, photographs, videos, training materials, and software, is the property of Boston Elite Sports Training, LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by United States copyright and trademark laws.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any content on this website without our express written permission
- The Boston Elite Sports Training name, logos, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Boston Elite Sports Training, LLC
- Photographs and videos taken during our programs may be used by Boston Elite for promotional purposes, unless you have opted out in writing at the time of registration
9. Third-Party Links
Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services, including WellnessLiving (for booking and payments), social media platforms, and partner organizations. These links are provided for your convenience only.
We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that Boston Elite is not responsible or liable for any damage or loss arising from your use of any third-party website or service.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
- Boston Elite Sports Training, LLC, its owners, officers, employees, coaches, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of this website or participation in our programs
- Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the use of our website or services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim
- This website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Use and any disputes arising from or related to your use of this website or our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any legal action or proceeding relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Norfolk County, Massachusetts, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to this website. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were most recently revised.
